[darwinbuild] darwinbuild build environment issue

Heh. Thanks for the warning - I was about to try that, considering the
only Mac I have access to otherwise is running 10.3.3 and I probably
wouldn't be able to find the Developer CD...Is it possible to build an
entire Darwin system with just a previous version installed? Without
OS X?
