[darwinbuild-dev] Chroot crashes

That is what a missing dyld looks like. There was a bug in darwinxref  
that prevented some dependencies (in this case bash depending on dyld)  
from making it into the plist. I've fix the bug and added the rest of  
the dependencies to the plist. You should just start over and -init a  
new environment to start with a more complete plist.  You could also  
just -load dyld to get the root.

Note that there are still missing dependencies, so the brute force  
workaround is to load all roots before trying to build anything. I  
hope to have the dependencies cleaned up in the next week or two.
