[libdispatch-dev] Linux platform porting project

Hey folks,
My understanding is that work is underway on that. There was an email
a few days ago about libkqueue, which is a userspace implementation of
the kqueue userspace notification system. Kqueue is used heavily by
libdispatch, but wasn't available on Linux before libkqueue. More
