remove gcc as it's a huge tarball (100MB+) and has no ppc counterpart so
one cannot really test anything with it (and it makes checking out the tests
dir a horror)
remove hugs98-i386 as well as it's the same as hugs98-plus-Sep2006_0-i386
only that it does not follow the nomenclature of the others
