SSHKeychain: update homepage and source fetching to use SourceForge since the domain is gone; see http://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-dev/2011-October/016537.html; increased revision since this includes a couple changes beyond 0.8.2, but since no further changes have occurred in their repository in 2 years and the last release was 4 years ago we may as well take these changes now.
