hs-haddock, hs-ghc-paths: delete

 - hs-haddock is no longer needed, since the ghc port provides a haddock binary (#37375)
 - since hs-haddock was broken since the update to ghc 7, I won't bother adding a deactivate hack
 - remove hs-ghc-paths, which was only added as a dependency of hs-haddock
