Ticket #26111 please change to new submission

Please change #26111 to "New Submission". Wish I could edit my  
mistakes in trac:)

Also, please close #25985. This ticket was for testing the RC versions  
and Dovecot 2.0.0 is now the most current release version.

After discussion with jberry I have decided to make a dovecot2 port  
since there are a number of config changes that we don't want to  
thrust on a dovecot 1.x user with a port upgrade.

Also, jberry would like me to be added as a maintainer to the current  
dovecot port and I'm willing. Do I submit a Portfile patch adding me  
as a maintainer or how does that work?
