PortGroup Versions

I'm on the verge of making a new version of the KDE PortGroup.

The reasoning behind this is KDE 4.5.0 needs to depend on qt4-mac-devel while nothing else using KDE needs changed. This would impact not only the dependencies but also many configure flags and locating phonon.

Is providing "PortGroup kde4 1.1" a way of safely accomplishing this?
