MacPorts 2.0.0-beta1 now available for testing

I fixed two issues found with running the Pextlib test cases
on the "other platforms", after first fixing the test itself:

Shouldn't affect running on Mac OS X at all, and should probably
be merged to the "release_2_0" branch (even if not worth a beta2).
