ncurses and ncursesw

This question is equivalent to "Has everyone who had the non-stub
version installed upgraded?" To which the only answer I can give is
"probably not". :-)

It's only been 4 months; let's give it a bit longer. It's not like a
stub port consumes a lot of resources.
