Uploading a source file to packages.macports.org

Seems to me all that's needed is a site somewhere on the Internet that lets you upload a file, maybe via a web form, and republishes it at a predictable URL that can be put into master_sites. Might be nice if the site were part of the MacPorts web site, but there's no technical reason why it would have to be. The site could even be programmed to delete the file once it has been fetched by distfiles.macports.org. If the server this site was on was configured to not respond to pings, that should guarantee that MacPorts will try to fetch from it *last*, so that once it's mirrored by distfiles.macports.org, that would be tried first.
