[127064] trunk/dports/textproc/libxml2/Portfile

Hi David - I know that that libxml2 is marked as “nomaintainer", so I can make changes to it if I please. But, I thought I’d ask here first if you (or anybody) know why an ICU variant is not provided or just used by default with libxml2? Apple installs the system libxml2 using ICU. Maybe there’s another port that provides that functionality? Since ICU has no dependencies and is used by other major ports (e.g., boost), I think adding it in this dependency (and flag to use it) is a small thing. I’ve got a Portfile ready to be checked in, but wanted to run it by folks first. I’ll even throw my name on as an open maintainer ;) Thanks! - MLD
