2 new ports for "Jenkins Job Builder" (advertising pip2port - GSOC2014 project)

Just wanted to drop a line to give this year’s GSOC student gaurav credits for his
work on pip2port (as well as his mentor pixilla)!

Thanks to you it was possible to quickly create a Portfile “skeleton" for two new python
ports where I only had to add dep py-six and fill in the correct license and that was it:
job done.
