Here is an updated Portfile with some changes:
* Formatted in common style
* Use GitHub port group
* Update to 0.12.0
* license is actually GPL-3+
Why was clang blacklisted in the original submission? The port builds fine
for me with the default Xcode 7.2.1 on OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
