Comment:

 I can confirm that gtk-doc 1.8 does not include `gtkdoc-rebase`, and gtk-
 doc 1.9 does. Randall updated gtk-doc to 1.9 in r31784 so this problem
 should be fixed now. "`sudo port selfupdate`" and try again.
