 New Portfile for RabbitMQ 1.2.0, depending on erlang.

 There's one known problem: the startupitem's stop command seems to stop
 the server and then '''start''' it again! I couldn't find out what was
 happening in the time I had available, but I will return to it -
 alternatively, if anyone can see what the problem might be, please comment
 here.
