 The very same problems on ppc (Leopard, macports 1.6 and gnucash), don't
 worry ...
 and shouldn't it work that way:

 /opt/local/lib/libguile16.ltdl.la -> /opt/local/lib/libguile-ltdl.la

 (note the dash vs. dot before ltdl-suffix ...)
