 Hi

 I have finally got into this and, while you seem to be doing a great job,
 I'm pretty lost with the new layout and build.

 In other words, do you think you could merge MacPorts patches into your
 own tree ?  Else, I have a feeling of working backward repatching the
 patched files.

 You can contact me directly for any explanations or precisions on the
 Portfile and other files.
