 Building the python modules as variants seems like a good idea -- I will
 investigate this further.

 The cracklib-words dictionary, on the other hand, isn't a run depends as
 well because it is compressed lossless into the pw_dict files. Once those
 files are built (according to the author) it shouldn't require the
 dictionaries anymore. I will do some additional testing to verify this on
 my own later on during the week.
