 For typical bugs in actively maintained ports or in base, just getting all
 open tickets in most-recently-submitted first order is as effective as
 trying to search for specific issues.

 At least set the presentation of query results to use most-recently-
 submitted-first order, then you get the genuine benefits of LIFO order
 along with the dubious benefits of a text query.
