 ImageMagick supports OpenMP for a while now, unfortunately even Leopard's
 gcc is too old to support it. I added an openmp variant to the Portfile
 which makes use of macports-gcc-43 instead. Also a ui_msg was added
 telling the user to set the OMP_NUM_THREADS environment variable to the
 number of available CPUs or cores on that machine.
 Patch is attached
