 When installing rubygems, it will install the rdoc and ri files directly
 into ${prefix} avoiding the destroot entirely.  Will attach a diff to the
 Portfile and a patch file which forces the doc files into the destroot.

 To verify, use

 {{{port provides
 /opt/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/doc/rubygems-1.1.1/rdoc/created.rid}}}
