 Currently, ccache violates the mtree by using `${prefix}/ccache`. The
 symlinks inside this directory should be moved to
 `${prefix}/libexec/ccache` where this would be more appropriate.

 An `ui_msg` should inform users about the change.

 If done, the [wiki:howto/ccache ccache HOWTO] needs an update.
