 OK, next attempt. Portfile.3 succeeds at building and installing mapnik
 0.5.0, with the help of the unicode.cpp patch. Unfortunately, the Python
 bindings can't find libmapnik at runtime.

 The SConstruct patch seems not applicable when using the current MacPorts
 version of Boost (and the build breaks if you uncomment that line).
