Comment:

 A quick survey shows FreeBSD ports doesn't install lightning.h, Debian
 does (manually, not through just 'make install'), but the lightning docs
 [http://www.gnu.org/software/lightning/manual/lightning.html#GNU-
 lightning-macros do say]

 To use gnu lightning, you should include the lightning.h file that is put
 in your include directory by the `make install' command. That include
 files defines about four hundred public macros (plus others that are
 private to gnu lightning), one for each opcode listed above.

 Updated to install the header file in r41480.
