Comment:

 That port was never added. I suggest you call it "py25-pydb" since it
 depends on python25. I looked at the portfile and changed a few things
 like uncommenting the call to use the patch file. Attaching my version. I
 do still see the "not a directory" problem. I believe that's a bug in the
 python25 port.
