 In my recent port changes, I have been trying to incorporate explicit
 setting of the perl being used.[[BR]]
 My concern is for the future.[[BR]]
 If, for example, it turns out a port needed ${prefix}/bin/perl5.10 or
 ${prefix}/bin/perl5.8, then it would make the change much easier.
