 The version number of unstable releases is since today:[[BR]]
 libtorrent 0.12.4[[BR]]
 rtorrent 0.8.4

 The last time i posted such an upgrade/enhancement i made individual
 tickets for those two ports, the result was, that libtorrent-devel was
 upgraded to 0.12.3 but rtorrent-devel stayed at 0.8.2 instead of being
 upgraded to 0.8.4.

 So maybe a combined ticket helps, to keep the devel portfiles in sync,
 which is rather important for the lib/rtorrent combination.

 I am not sure, if it is necessary to point the users within the rtorrrent
 build process to the new handling of stop on ratio

 and move on finish

 for example with a post built message.
