Comment:

 Thanks. I committed your changes in r39870, except that your patch removed
 `--with-ogg-dir=${prefix} ` from the configure.args, without which speex
 1.0.5 doesn't know how to find the ogg libraries and doesn't build ogg
 support. So I didn't remove that line from the Portfile.
