Comment:

 I updated the port to 3.100. I did not see this patch until afterwards, so
 I didn't incorporate all the variants you added. I did change the build
 dependency to gcc43. If you are still interested in these variants, please
 update your portfile for 3.100 and I will update the port. Thanks!
