 Yes, I see that 3.8.0 cannot be downloaded from the new site This is not
 good, as, I would certainly not want to use Beta software for people
 installing DSPAM. So, not sure what to do. I am sure I can find somewhere
 where 3.8.0 can still be downloaded, and use that until 3.9.0 stable comes
 out? Thoughts?
