 You can use {{{--vendor}}} command line option instead.

 Or, if you prefer to keep the present way, {{{site-specific.rb}}} and
 {{{vendor-specific.rb}}} should be:
 {{{
 require 'mkmf'
 $configure_args.delete('--vendor')
 }}}
 and
 {{{
 require 'mkmf'
 $configure_args['--vendor'] = true
 }}}
 respectively.

 However, these files aren't installed to right places if {{{+nosuffix}}}
 is given.
