 Looks like an old version of libdshconfig, 0.20.13 appears to build fine
 for me (10.5.6, Xcode 3.1.2, Intel).  Attaching a patch to upgrade the
 port.  Also, FYI, dsh appears to be currently at 0.25.10 but the port is
 still 0.25.9.
