Comment:

 The flag must have been eliminated; I usually check all of the variants
 but this one slipped by me.  The mplayer folks like to stir up their flags
 over time, --enable-gl now needs --disable-corevideo instead of --disable-
 macosx.

 I've updated the portfile in r53779
