 Installing gnupg2 also installs the libusb package to support scadaemon,
 which handles authentication via smart cards. As I doubt a sizable portion
 of GPG users require this feature I propose it be disabled by default and
 available as a variant.

 If smartcard users ''do'' represent a large enough portion of the user
 base, a no_scdaemon variant to remove the dependency should be available.
