Comment:

 There isn't currently any documentation on the ++ -> xx idea, hence my
 getting it wrong the first time...ticket #20053 has been created to add it
 to the guide at some point.

 xmlrpcxx added in r52842, thanks for your patience; note I made two
 changes:
  - obfuscated your email address
  - the distname needed to have xmlrpc++ instead of ${name}
