 Are you attempting to use igraph 0.5.1?  The current version in MacPorts
 is 0.5.2 (has been for about 3 weeks).

 Can you run these commands let me know if the current version fails as
 well:
 sudo port clean igraph
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install igraph
