 I can see the patches on this page, but I have no idea what to do with
 them. I need libqt-mt.3.dylib in order to run another program, and I use
 OX 10.5.6. Please tell me or direct me to the instructions on what to do
 with the patch so I can install qt3-mac. Thanks.
