 cgit downloads another copy of the git distfile. This should be avoided. A
 copy of it has already been downloaded by the git-core port so that copy
 should be used. This is accomplished by setting dist_subdir to the same
 value as for the git-core port, so:

 {{{
 dist_subdir git-core
 }}}

 It is best to make this change at the same time that you update the
 version of the port, so I will try to fix this as part of #19585.
