 See attached patch.

 boost 1.38.x supports universal binaries with "architecture=combined" (==
 i386+ppc). To also get the 64-bit architectures, "address_model=32_64"
 must be set.

 Note that boost's configure chokes on the "configure.universal_args"
 switches, so I disabled configure.universal args/flags. bjam handles those
 internally.

 Tested on my intel Mac.
