 You have gtk2 +quartz active, so I'm guessing
 {{{/opt/local/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la}}} doesn't exist at all right?

 It sounds you have some things built against gtk2 +x11 and others +quartz,
 so everything from gtk2 on up in the dependency chain would have to be
 rebuilt for +quartz if that's what you want to use.
