 Above patch adds cflag '-mdynamic-no-pic' for darwin/i386.

 Without this patch, 'port install ffmpeg-devel' (no variants) on
 10.6.1/i386 (32-bit) fails on swscale.

 A workaround is to use '+no_gpl +no_mmx', but if you need gpl libs like
 x264 that is unsatisfactory.
