 Attached is a patch to get textproc/doclifter to use python 2.6 (and make
 sure the scripts use MacPorts' instead of /usr/bin/env or
 /usr/bin/python), as well as patches doclifter to work with 2.6.
 manlifter appears to have other issues, however...
