 Applied changes to boost Portfile as per r63389.  boost installation still
 stalls.  There were multiple processes left open.  port upgrade boost
 build.jobs=1 seems to work fine.

 environment: Mac OS X 10.6.2; 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
