 When I try to build clisp, it complains that libsigsegv is not installed.
 I installed that, still complained.  I installed it again with +universal,
 it still complained.

 So I installed it with +nolibsigsegv.  It built successfully, but when I
 run it it crashes because it can't find libsigsegv!!
