 Some changes to this portfile were committed very recently, but this
 contains a couple more.

 (1) The relative path "../../authors/id/G/GB/GBARR" has been changed to
 "Time" (originally it was "Date", which was broken). My thinking is that
 the path based on module name will be more stable than the one based on
 author name, as it's not uncommon for modules to be transferred from
 author to author.

 (2) The keyword "maintainers" was doubled up. This is fixed.
