 Regina REXX (port:rexx) is failing to build with an error in "command_exec
 build".

 I have performed a clean, a clean --dist, and a rebuild, and the problem
 persists. If you attempt to build again after the error, the build
 succeeds but critical files (specifically, libregina.dylib) are not
 installed.
