 Erlang has a bug with converting certain timezones to UTC on certain
 platforms (notably FreeBSD-like ones). A patch to fix this was written
 about version R13B but hasn't been incoperated into the mainstrem.

 Consider adding the patch at http://www.erlang.org/pipermail/erlang-
 bugs/attachments/20081101/c1bab4d9/attachment.obj to the list of patches.
 It fixes the following:
