 It's worth noting that nobody has ever attached a complete log to this
 ticket. The original reporter's error looks like maybe jni.h is missing,
 which means at least part of the Java developer package is not installed.
 If I was in Blair's place I would have closed this as worksforme long ago,
 TBH.
