 The relevant error in the log is:

 :info:configure   Reason: Incompatible library version: gcc-mp-4.4
 requires version 8.0.0 or later, but libiconv.2.dylib provides version
 7.0.0
 }}}

 This too suggests that your libiconv.dylib is installed for the wrong
 architectures, as was the case for your gettext in #27509, so please
 follow the [wiki:Migration Migration instructions] to rebuild all ports.
